Palms at Briarwood

No complaints. I lived here a little over 2 years and it would have been longer if not for an out of state job transfer. Grounds are well keep. Pool is great, very beautiful. When I had an issue with the apartment, front office and staff took care of very quickly. The apartment was great with very little issues and my neighbors were wonderful. Community is quiet and pool is lively. I lived on the 3rd floor but I don’t think that made a difference. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a home. A warm thank you to all the staff for making my time here very enjoyable and memorable.

Let me tell you about probably one of the best apartments I've ever had the opportunity of living in. Granted things went haywire at the start so many work orders ended up being placed. However,...between the maintenance staff and the office staff; this place has got to be one of the best apartment complexes I've had the chance of living in Grace herself is an amazing representative she is so friendly and caring and always has a smile on her face when you walk into the office door. The maintenance Crew The double A's as they call themselves Alexis and Angel are always friendly always respectful and always managed to get the job done. I've been living here at the Palms for over 3 three years and has been an incredible experience. Previous and current management have been great! as well as maintanance staff are ready to help! They have been really helpful and understanding in making this a great place to live. Whether you live alone, with roomates or your family, you will surely make living here a true home! My three bedroom apartment is a perfect size for my family of 5! Not too mention the great pool and the Gym! The location here is also walking distance to Wal-Mart, and have many restaturants nearby!

I’ve lived at the Palms on Briarwood Apartments for a total of 14 years. It’s been a great place to live away from home while working in Midland. The Management is very helpful, the buildings are well maintained, and then maintenance folks are great. I recommend The Palms as a great place to live.

Words can hardly capture how wonderful this place is, and how exceptional manager Erica is. There’s truly nothing like walking into the office and seeing her friendly face, along with her wonderful staff. I highly recommend making this your new home.
