Palmetto Shores Property Management

We used palmetto shores to find a rental when my fiancé and I moved into town from out of state. Their staff went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property and accommodated all of our requests for move-in, prorated rent, pets, etc. (we had a long list!). If anyone is looking for a property management company who genuinely cares for their tenants - look no further. 5 stars, A++!!

I used to rent from Palmetto Shores and they were very responsive and like working with family! The home I lived in was very well kept and was just what I was looking for!

I am relocating to the Beaufort area and I had inquired about a rental property that would be within my price range so that I could afford to BUY a house and not be stuck in a rental for the rest of my life. I was automatically stereotyped as being a thug with dangerous animals and I was told good luck in all my endeavors. I was also told that they didn't have any property that would match my requirements. If this is any indication as to how they would be as landlords it is a good thing that I found this out early on rather than during a lease.

We needed a short term rental while buying and they were able to get us a very nice MH on St Helena for under $600 a month on a month to month. Highly recommend
