Rented from them for a year and they were very easy to work with and always friendly. A few months after I moved out I accidentally shipped two packages there and they were incredibly helpful and took time out of their day to make sure I got my packages. One of the friendliest and most helpful property rental businesses I have ever dealt with!

I have rented from Palmetto Residential Rentals for over one year and just renewed our lease. I'm am extremely thankful for Palmetto for various reasons. They have had excellent response to services needed in our home for minor repairs. They have always been quick to respond when leaving a voicemail and communicating via email. They have very competitive/fair rental rates here in the Midlands area. I highly recommend renting from this company

Great company to rent from ! My only complaint would be rental prices increasing after you've leased with them for a year.

Palmetto Residential is the WORST management company. I have been a homeowner since 2008 and this company has reminded me why I am. They don't even have a website to monitor your activity but will send random email notices. How unprofessional is this!! THEN instead of INITIATING utilitiy services in your name during the start of your lease, they bill you and 4 months later send a notice to transfer services into your name. And will ghost you when you need urgent help to resolve. I am trying to research how to get out of his lease. Beautiful Townhomes that I wish I could pack up and move near my investment property but Palmetto Residential Rentals is the primary reason I will not be renewing with their unprofessionalism and unstructured company.
