this place does not fix anything but expect you to pay an $1100 rent!!!! My sink and my kitchen had a leak and now under my kitchen sink is falling in & they won’t come fix it, I’ve been hearing for 3+ weeks they were coming just never come! My AC went out & was burning, i had to call 911 because they don’t answer the “ emergency line” they tell everyone to call! MY AC Has been out for a week, and I’ve been getting the run around like someone was coming to fix it and of course they didn’t, I’ve been emailing about an update on it, & they don’t respond AT ALL, this the nastiest slackest place to ever live, I do not recommend to stay here !!! They will blow you up about your rent but won’t come fix nothing, I asked the landlord what could she do to accommodate me for having to stay in a hote

Update: (November 4th 24) I received my deposit back. Eskay Management reached out and solved my issue in a few days. I won't bash Eskay Management as I was able to contact other apartments ran by the same corporation and they helped me as much as they could. However, I would still reconsider staying at Palmetto and Willard Gardens. --------Original Post------- Don't go here (Scam Story). I made a deposit on Sept 18th 2024 and was ghosted. By Sept 30th 2024 and I started asking for my deposit. (Please note I never got a move in date, or signed any paperwork promising this rental) I'm still asking for it through phone calls, emails, and text messages. Currently under new management as off late 2022, the leasing manager Amanda is nice and will work with you. But constantly has issues with finding maintenance workers that are trustworthy and constant. And apparently anyone with a decent credit history and enough money for 1st months rent can live there. As long as you have a non-violent criminal history. Otherwise for the apartments themselves, they’re not worth their price despite the newest renovations, lots of structural issues. The townhouses have even worse structural issues. Otherwise my time there was decent after having the untrustworthy maintenance guys quit. But if you’ve got the money for it and decent security, this place is okay for you.

Worst management they don't care if your townhouse is flooding with small kids never offered to move us never fixed the problems black mold got my kids put in the er have pictures and emails to show I tried to get them to do something they violated the lease by not fixing anything and black mold in downstairs bedroom and floods every time it rains and now they want to charge me for leaving when my kids doctor even wrote a letter stating the mold issue is a health problem and unsafe environment for kids to be. Management should be ashamed Krystal boring is the worst she acts like she cares but never did a thing to fix it they just want all ur money and nothing else I would gladly share all the emails between us and share the pictures as well as the lease she broke by not repairing the prob

Just a great place to live. Only had one problem with water pressure and when I reported it Wanda had plumbers out that very evening. Great neighbours and a great location. I did want to say thank you to Wanda. She is a very sweet person. If you need a place place to live please...come here.
