We worked with Jan when we signed up for USAA's Movers Advantage program. We spent many months with Jan as our requirements changed several times and he never made a comment. We finally closed on our new home a few weeks ago! What's great about Jan is that he isn't trying to push you into a home that isn't quite what you are looking for. He is patient and his back ground in home building is invaluable as he pointed out advantages and disadvantages of certain properties. As our buying agent he was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.

Jan was very helpful throughout the process of finding and purchasing our home. He was always flexible and had our best interests in mind while searching. Our actual dream home had gone under contract before we could make an offer. Luckily, the house went back on the market two weeks later and Jan was on top of it. We were able to put an offer on the house right away. He guided us through the process thoroughly and his experience as a contractor helped tremendously. He was able to spot quality construction versus average construction, as well as quality features that would be beneficial for resale value purposes. Hands down, we recommend Jan to anyone who wants to make the home buying experience as enjoyable as possible.
