Palmer View Apartments

It has been several months now since moving into my apartment, and the living situation has been wonderful. The amenities are plenty. There are positive perks to valet trash service. The complexes are clean and premises are well maintained. I am so happy and grateful to be here and have this place as my home! Nicole from be front office took great care of me from applying to my move in date. Everyone has been more than attentive and generous in their help!!

I moved in Dec of 2025 and so far I can say I really like the place. The apartment is beautiful, the mgmt staff were very helpful and friendly, the gym is convenient, and they clear snow pretty quickly. The valet trash is a bit inconsistent, but hey they take it from your door so that's pretty sweet. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience thus far.

Good morning, My husband and I were looking for a new place to move to back in November 2025. We looked at a few different places in the area but As soon as we walked into the leasing office of the Palmer View. We were greeted by the two most pleasant woman Carol and Nicole. So easy to talk to explain our desires and Carol took us to Exactly what we were looking for. We applied and moved in a week later. Also I was having some difficulty navigating through rent cafe I called the office and Nicole was so patient to walk me through the process and set up my account. Also had to call maintenance at off hours first week of moving in. They were there in 10 minutes at 11pm: Super pleasant fixed our issue in 2 minutes. Thank you. Rob & Annie Hendricks

For context: Lived here from Nov 2021 - Nov 2025. Overall, solid place - LOVE the office staff, they're phenomenal! I never had any issues with maintenance - they were great. I liked that there was a walking trail connecting the property. Just be aware that there are lots of dog walkers if you're a runner. Area is quite convenient - I used to walk to Walmart all the time if I needed something quick. That said, it did also get a little tiring being around so many cars all the time. But I don't hold that against the property. Taking off a star for the fees though - they can get quite excessive between the pet fee / pet rent, valet trash fee (unavoidable btw) and amenity fee. I still think this place is a good option though and would recommend it, even if it is on the pricier side.

I reviewed an apartment mid December 2025. The tour was very simple and very informative. However, during the tour I was advised of other apartments to review, At different locations, not associated with this facility which was a little alarming! After the tour, I was advised that I would receive an email as a follow up. I never received the follow up email. I believe the person that provided the tour may have neglected my application because I was not a right fit in her eyes that is very unprofessional. I would never review this place again.
