Worst company ever do not use Marybeth Mack, she is ruthless. as a realtor I dealt with her on a property that we wanted and she pushed a different one on us and was very pushy. Did not let us look at the one we wanted and was trying to force something we did not want on us. Fast forward a bit and she is the property manager for a property I leased, I was treating for cancer and fell behind and was working to resolve the lateness which we did. She did her best to throw us out and fought us every step of the way, all the while I am fighting cancer and still made it current and was told we were good. Next we get notice to vacate. I had a first right or refusal in my lease and was never formally given a chance to purchase the said property. Then Marybeth reaches out through text and says the

Horrible, if 0 stars could be given I would. The property manager Marybeth took advantage of a cancer patient while in treatment after we were told if we made sure we made the rent current we would be fine, only to be served papers to be removed in 15 days. They sold a property which I had first right or refusal and was not given any formal notice to be able to purchase the property. Then to add insult to injury, she reached out in a text message to say the owner was giving me my deposit back. After waiting 30 days and sending numerous emails and texts Marybeth is saying it’s out of her hands when she was the one who said it was being given to me. Horrible property management and to take advantage of someone like that, especially battling cancer is even worse.
