Palm Villa Apartments

5 years. roaches everywhere. there was a pool, they poured concrete over it. maintenance will not fix anything beyond a clog. there was water coming in from the outside sprinklers into the house, the property owner sued me for thousands of damages. the heater does not work. there is no heating. there have been several class action lawsuits and looking back i should have cooperated. the city need to investigate this property and fine the owner. id add photos but they would be disgusting. the sink pipe was never attached to the wall pipe, years of complaining and no fix. multiple floods of raw food sewage from other apartments. a true nightmare. shame on the city for letting this happen.

Looking to rent at the Palms. Quiet community for the elderly. I like it.
