Ever since I bought my place at palm ranch last October, ive been super happy with my choice. This neighborhood is so chill and quiet. Plus there are tons of awesome restaurants around, and downtown tampa is just a couple minutes away. I definitely recommend palm ranch to anyone looking for a friendly community.

I wish you luck if you purchase one of these! I live in one of the already built homes and have nothing but complaints. I can’t get equity out of my home. The pool we will never see. All such a waste. All of the positive reviews have been done by agents. Buyer beware!! You are working on nothing but a PROMISE on these homes!

Checked out an open house here & then did a private showing with Kamilla. Very professional team, model unit quality was awesome, I got in early so I get to pick all my flooring and tiles and stuff for mine. Super excited to be back in a place with a pool soon, got my deposit in, come be my new neighbor!

I love Palm Ranch! I’m excited for the pool and layout C with en suite bathrooms! Such a great community and close to all my favorite stores: ie Whole Foods😀
