Palm Gardens

Palm Gardens is a lovely, family-friendly community in an excellent location, close to shopping, schools, and major roads. The property is pet-friendly and offers great amenities like a pool and outdoor spaces. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Overall, it’s an affordable community with a comfortable atmosphere — a great place to call home.

This place towed my rental car from an unmarked space there were no signs posted anywhere. I walked the property and I could not find anywhere on the property stating I required a decal to park on the premises. There was no security at the gate it was a numeric keypad. There was one sign at the exit of the property hidden which listed sunshine towing. Clearly this Palms Garden Management place is crooked and has some kind of agreement with Sunshine Towing that they receive kick backs. I initially had no idea where the car was so I had to call Doral PD to find out who towed it. I then Ubered (14.98) to Sunshine Towing at 7070 SW 12th Street. Prior to arrival I called Sunshire Towing and they told me if I had the key I could obtain my personal property from the car. Upon arrival I was asked

I had visit this community several times and the electronic Gate always working properly and with easy and fast access. But I must like about this community is the well kept, clean and so organize with beautiful landscape. Pool size is large and wide, the Gym very well equipped and clean plus the management is also inside the community on the club house for owners and tenants convenience.

Worst HOA ever, lived in four states and by far the worst HOA so far. And the board is full of pro communist people with asinine plans. You want to deal with people that have no idea what they are doing, move here!

This is the WORSE condo in Doral, no parking spots, warnings for dumb things and the entry gate is awful. This is the worse community in the Doral area and it's getting too expensive for what it has to offer anyway
