Makinsay just now called me back and was very nice. She put me on the waitlist and was very understanding to my needs. It took a long time to get to talk to someone, and I understand they work a limited amount of days but when she did call, she was very helpful. The problem I have is with Rent café. There’s no way to talk to anyone to explain the situation I’m in. Since they have so many apartments all over the United States, they should be more accessible to phone calls and they won’t reply to my emails. This is extremely frustrating and very expensive. George is a welcome and wonderful militance man. He is friendly and always has a smile and willing to help. This is a great change from all the guys we have had over my paast five years of living here !!

I cannot say enough about Kayleigh B. She has been absolutely wonderful, with the move of my 83 year old mother. We had relocated down from NJ and my mom needed extra care with the big transition. Kayleigh was so kind to us. She made the process seamless. My mom even gave her a big hug!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I am going on my fourth year here. The maintenance Men ( Tom and James ) are such a great help, as was Jessie and Jon before them. The office personnel , Marie and Neslie and now Tyler are so helpful. The owners of the apartment complex really keep the grounds up and beautiful. You could not ask for better neighbors. I really enjoy my apartment.

I am currently on the wait list. Have several questions to ask. Have called at least 3 times and left messages for the manager to please return my calls. I have also e-mailed them. Have gotten no response. Don't understand as they are sitting on my deposit. I believe they could at least give me the courtesy of a return call.
