I’ve been living here for 8 months now and have had no issues! Management is very nice and helpful, as well as maintenance. The units are very nice, new, and well kept. I previously lived in terrible student apartments where everything was a disaster, and moving here has been such a relief!!

Poor management and low quality products used in the building of these apartments. Maintenance is inferior & has little to no tools, no insulation resulting in hearing every neighbors conversation & no care for low income tenants. Floors are thin and everytime someone walks who have heavy shoes or feet, it sounds like they're coming thru your ceiling. One of my black neighbors had black mold in their water heater closet resulting from nasty residence above and the apartments took months to "clean it out" while not immediately rectifying the issue. If that was a white person, I'm sure it would've been resolved much quicker.. Those whom write glowing reviews and high stars are either friends of the management, scared of being evicted or naive/delusional.

If I could rate this complex a zero I would. My roommate and I found this apartment back in APRIL and it took them four months to tell us we weren’t approved. We should’ve went with our gut and moved on, but they kept telling us new info, which was misleading, every couple of weeks. Their communication sucks, they ask you to lie on applications, and they act like they do not want to help you out at all. The whole management team needs to be replaced because it should never take almost four months to get an apartment. Highly recommend not even wasting your time with them. Save the trouble and find another apartment.

I Would give this apartment complex NEGATIVE stars if I could. My roommate and I had started the process with them in April and as of two weeks ago nothing was being done by the apartment. There are so many red flags with apartment and I’ll give you a few examples from my experience with them. The front office staff Jasmin, Jennifer and Latyana who fills in for Jasmin always have different stories from each other. Made and appointment showed up and was told Jasmin had called out, no phone call or email to let us know so we drove an hour up there. Asked to speak to Jennifer and was told she was in the back doing “research”. Then we asked if we could at least see the model and they said it was “flooded”. I lived at the Palladium of Denton from January 2021 until October 2024. I was forced to leave my apartment because of a roach infestation at least 10 families that I know of have moved out in the month of October 2024 because of the roach infestation, the management is pitiful, there have been five managers in the time since I’ve been here the 2 1/2 years they don’t answer the phone they rude. They don’t keep up with the payments making people overpay once they get some new management. I’m sure it’ll be a really nice place to live in .
