Palladian Place Apartments

The first thing that impressed me about Palladian Place was a conversation between their maintenance and the management staff. Having worked in retail property management I got a sense that the maintenance team is dedicated and hard-working. Danielle met me and showed me several floor plans in the range of the square footage I had in mind. She took me to see all three floor plans. All the apartments look great and seemed well maintained. This was the 7th complex I had visited in 2 weeks and was a better value and quieter location than all the others. The parking isn’t crowded and the exterior is clean and quiet. Ref Palladian Place Apartments, Durham, NC.... I have lived here nearly 2 years, and the last 18 months, our Apt Site Manager has been Danielle Xenos. Her service and care of the residents and the building complex, has been amazing! She always greets us with a smile. And is continuously inspecting the property to maintain its high standards. Palladian Place is unique in the quality and care of living here. We have monthly fun resident forums - where we meet and greet others. We are occasionally treated to hot chocolate, game nights, or sometimes a bagel breakfast. Again, it encourages residents to come out of their apartments and meet others. Thus, we become a community vs just renters.

I was absolutely thrilled that my tour of Palladian Place exceeded the excitement I had just from viewing it online. I had the pleasure of working with Franklin, who made it feel like I was with a friend proudly showing me around their home. He asked thoughtful and considerate questions to understand what I was envisioing for my next home, and clearly laid out the steps I need to take once our house is goes on the the marekt. I am in the midst of an unexpected midlife transition, and had begun to think it wouldn't be possible to find somewhere that met all my "must-haves" - lots of natural light, mature trees, great workout facility, walking trails, central to Chapel Hill and Durham, and somewhere I can play with my dog daily like we currently do in the backyard of our family home. Today my husband and I had a tour with Crissy. From the very start she was very warm and welcoming and very well groomed in her appearance. First impression was great straight away. She was very efficient and thorough throughout the tour and asked us all the right questions. We were very pleased with our tour . The apartments feel warm and open . We look forward to making this place our probable residence in the near future since it’s too soon to tell.

I was very impressed with Palladian Place Apartments. The grounds were clean and well kept. Crissy was very informative and kind during my tour and after during the application process. This place felt cozy and a place that I could call home. Highly recommend!
