Palazzo Townhomes

We love it here! While doing an online search, Palazzo caught my eye. The place just had a different appeal to me. I saw the high-rated reviews, which intrigued me more, but I also thought it almost sounded 'too good to be true.' When my husband and I arrived for our tour with Laurie, we just knew this was the right place for us. The property manager and the maintenance manager (Angel) are caring and helpful too. Though it has only been a few weeks (at the time of this first review), I can truly say that we are very happy to be here. We really do feel at home! QUICK UPDATE: January 2025 Since it's a new year, I wanted to give an update to say... everything in my previous review still stands true. We still LOVE it here and still feel very much at home!! 🥰

I have lived here for a little over a month and I would like to say this property is well taken care of. Elizabeth the property manager is very professional and knowledgeable and takes care of any requests or questions you may have in a timely manner. She made moving in so peaceful and smooth. The maintenance man is very sweet and always on top of any maintenance request. The grounds of this property is beautiful and well cleaned. The residents are so nice and friendly. It’s safe and quite and overall a wonderful place to live and I would recommend to anyone!

I had a very positive experience at Palazzo Townhomes. The property manager, Elizabeth, was very helpful with any issues or questions that I had while I was there. Units are clean, no issues with pests, maintenance is quick to fix any issues, and the property itself is safe, clean, and well kept. The location is also great, highly recommend renting here!

Theres no property manager. No working phones. They work from cell phones and dont answer or return calls. You will never be able to get in touch with anyone regarding anything. The portal sucks and its sold every 6 months to someone else.
