From the moment I arrived, the management staff was welcoming, polite, and attentive. They immediately provided me with an application and took the time to explain the process clearly. Every question I had was answered with patience and professionalism, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I recently visited this beautiful senior apartment community with my mother, who will be turning 79 in December and is looking for a new home soon. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such professionalism and kindness. The property manager, who was dressed spectacularly, and the assistant property manager were both incredibly courteous and helpful. When I went to pick up an application, the management team was very nice, respectful, and polite-they provided the application right away and answered all of the questions that I had.
