I can only speak for the construction cleanliness, and for that I give one star! Friend lives in the neighborhood currently under construction and while picking him up I immediately got a flat tire on my new Tesla. The screw was near some other debris in the road. Contacted the builder and even though it happened in-front of their site they said “no warranty deal with your insurance”. The screw went through the tire and the side wall instantly flattening the tire. One can see for themselves the corners cut while building. Debris everywhere and no accountability for when mistakes are made.

Had a slightly unusual request that I really didn't expect to go anywhere; Carly not only sent it over right away, but called to verify my email address. Kudos on the customer service guys!
