Warning to agents! If you join this brokerage as a sales agent or Realtor than you are setting yourself up for big failure. The technology is God awful and Karen, who is seemingly in charge, can't figure out how to teach someone new how to create a P&S Agreement. I spent over an hour in the office as a new agent trying to figure out how to use their antiquated system with no help from clueless management. My friend at KW can do the same task in less than 3 minutes from his Iphone. Not only does their technology and platform lag well behind industry standards, but Karen is also quick to take the wrong side of a dispute without knowing any facts or details. Karen and the minor league team they have for management will ruin your career one way or another. Be forewarned!

Karen Scott at Page Taft was our agent when we were buying a house in Guilford and she was fantastic. She was very proactive about trying to find my husband and I the "unique" house we said we wanted and was completely patient with us when we looked at many, many of those and then decided to put an offer in on a pretty standard Colonial. She wasn't at all pushy, like a few other agents we met, and was very flexible about what sort of contract we signed with her initially. Karen was also able to give us a good overview of several kid-friendly neighborhoods of Guilford. I knew Matt Healy was the right call to make. He had our property photographed and marketed very efficiently. He screened the rental applicants well and kept in excellent communication with my husband and I. Very happy with our results.
