Paddington Square Apartments

First, my interactions with all staff have been cordial and while the process for filling an application online is pretty easy, don't expect it to be seen. I was told by the leasing agent that the applications filled out online, "Don't go anywhere, we can't see them. Come in office and fill it out. Feel free to print what you did and come fill it out in person". Secondly, the rates online do not reflect what the prices for rent actually are. The actual prices are about $300 more than shown on the website. I wish i would have known all of this before wasting my time filling out the application that, "Don't go nowhere." If this is an indication of what living here is like, look elsewhere.

Used to live here in the 8o's and 90's. My son has moved his family here now and they are very happy with Montgomery County living nearby child friendly recreational facilities and activities. I love the updates Paddington has made to the kitchens but I prefer the hardwood flooring we had back-in-the day

Housing Counselor there, Emailed me, re: A Better Location, so I Never Visited The Paddington, but The Advice from Counselor (Ms Robin Feller,) was Perfect, and Helpful!

Paddington is a very good apartment. I love the spacious rooms, pool, onsite business center. My main problem here and what I deeply hope they fix is maintenance, they act like they fixed the issue but actually didn’t. Mangers listen to your complain but don’t take it seriously. Paddington needs a new management as a perfect apartment like this doesn’t deserve arrogant mangers.

I've lived at Paddington Square for 5 years; It is a lovely community; absolutely beautiful. People need to understand that everyone has decisions to make and sometimes it's not what you want to hear. But this is a lovely community and I've loved living here. I can't imagine living somewhere else. It's conveniently located near shopping, transportation, entertainment for the entire family.
