I’ve been really disappointed with the owners at Pacifica Home Builders. They try to present themselves as classy and respectable, but the way they treat others leaves much to be desired. They often accuse others of lacking respect, yet it seems they should take a hard look in the mirror. This kind of attitude doesn’t inspire trust, and it’s honestly surprising that a home builder with such behavior is still in business. I have no doubt that eventually, people will see through this, and justice will prevail.

As a new house buyer I went to have color selection. but decided to terminate contract instead. If you chose color that the lady (builder's wife) does not like, she throw staff at you and say things "that is not going to happen" very unprofessional. poor customer service. good luck to you who decided to buy their house.

Buying a brand new home. Usually when buying a brand new home, you are allowed an inspection AND a walkthrough AND an orientation. Pacifica is only allowing one or the other and a "brief" orientation the day of closing. So if you choose to have an inspection, you don't get a walkthrough. And vise versa. This seems very shady. The problem is in a sellers market, they dont care. They asked us if we still want the house, if not, they already have another buyer lined up. Housing market is crazy right not and we are at the sellers mercy. Integrity has been lost with builders, especially pacifica.

The homes look beautiful and we were interested at first but they never answer their phones and the website is basically useless. Ended up going with a builder that actually picks up and talks to their clients. Glad we did. Looks like it takes forever to build one from pacifica anyways.

Horrible neighbor. Uses house in our neighborhood as his office. has dirt lot next door as his storage and parks company trucks on. Supposed to be a nice neighborhood. not a commercial property.
