When I say Sophie Cummings did amazing job. She’s outdone herself with amazing service. She helped me with everything that I needed accommodated me with me being disabled and needed to help to get things done to make sure I was comfortable. She is top-tier one of the best Assistant property managers I have ever came across. Thank you so much, Sophie, I will be glad to join your apartment place with a great service that you all shown.

I was charged a $250 administrative fee even though my application was canceled days in advance. Despite canceling properly, they still processed the charge and getting a refund has been extremely frustrating. For the past several weeks I’ve been given the runaround, with no clear answers or resolution. Customer service keeps pushing the issue around instead of fixing it. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. If you’re considering working with them, be very cautious about unexpected fees and the difficulty of getting your money back.

We've been living in Pacifica for almost a month now and I have no words to describe how delighted and happy I am with living in this community. 🥰🏠✨ The leasing process went smoothly, and Nina and Jayden were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole experience. Moving in was a breeze, and the apartment unit was in impeccable condition. The amenities here are top-notch, especially the pool which is always clean and well-maintained. The community staff puts in so much effort every single day to enhance the building and community. They are constantly working to clean and improve areas like the elevator and halls. Speaking of elevators, the one in Building 6 (1110) could certainly have some upgrades and a fresh coat of paint. However, the staff recently announced that they will be renovating

Great property, great property management, very clean and well taken care of. The management and the staff is awesome! Olivia and Sophie are the best - they always answer my questions and help me with whatever I need. Been living here for a year, recently transferred into a different unit and they made the process very smooth. Maintenance team is great and get to the orders quickly!
