I have been apart of the community for 5 years and for the most part I love it ! Maintenance workers are the very best ! And fast! Areas of concern is dog poop around the property especially if you are not particularly an animal person. Package/Delivery security it’s like management doesn’t care if packages are stolen. The area is wide open even though their desk is right above the drop off area; I made suggestions to check IDs and I was denied. As much as we follow rules and pay for our rent I think 2 seconds on making sure packages go to the correct tenant would be super easy. I guess not.

I am about to sign my 3rd lease. The management staff went way out of their way working with me coming from another state and has been easy to work with since then. The maintenance staff is the best I’ve ever seen, always quick and courteous. The location is great. Residents are friendly, however there are a few issues with some that would be less likely to occur in a newer, higher priced complex. But noise has never been an issue. I never hear neighbors and rarely hear noise from upstairs. And even though pets are allowed, and there are dogs, I never hear a dog bark. If you don’t need everything to be new, this is a great apartment complex.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been living here for a little over a year and have just had horrible experience after the other. Management is AWFUL and nothing is done about very serious issues. Since I have lived here my car has been broken into twice in their very dark and cameraless parking lot. The first break in was an attempted theft which cost over $2000 to repair. They took no action and offered me nothing. The second attempt included stolen license plates and damage to the exterior of my car. They finally gave me a garage after being on the waitlist for a YEAR. laundry gets stolen out of laundry rooms and they do nothing. Hallways have been ripped to shreds for months on end during “renovations” and reek of weed and mildew. Random crack heads roaming the parking lot at all hours of the

I was here 2020-2021. The apartment itself was good and I never had any issues. Management communicated well and did their best to ensure mail and packages are kept safe. The laundry and hallways were another story. The hallways are not often cleaned. It’s normally not a huge deal but there was a time someone had a bit too much fun on a night out and the puke was left in the hallway for weeks. The laundry space was often full because other tenants would wait and do all their laundry back to back. Definitely recommend staying in the laundry room to watch your clothes because someone will touch them if they’re still in literally 5 minutes after the cycle finished. Lived here for a year. Very nice neighborhoods probably the safest I’ve ever lived in. No issues at all during my stay. Maintenance were quick with repairs. Having a bar across the way was probably the highlight of me living here. Never having to drink and drive and a great vibe overall. Since day one, that’s where I met most of my neighbors and realized how friendly Omaha was. And the community events the building has are great. Really appreciate the effort to engage tenants into their events.Thank you for the exceptional hospitality and great place to live. I moved because I moved away to another state but would definitely consider living in this part of Omaha thanks to them.
