Pacific contractors has been nothing but amazing to work with! From the time we meet with them in the initial plans to meeting about the changed plans to the final product! We were kept informed, when there were questions they were answered timely. Roberto and Juan Carlos were onsite almost every day and Roberto always gave daily updates. Melissa made sure everything was ordered and kept us updated as to where we were with the budget! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in building our dream home! Jose De la Cruz runs a top notch operation! We highly recommend Pacific Signature homes if you’re thinking about building your dream home!

Pacific Contractors is the most professional, efficient and customer oriented company in my personal opinion. From the start of our build, my husband and I knew we had picked the right group of people. Jose always made sure we were satisfied and the professionals working for him always were courteous and answered all of our questions. Melissa and Jaun Carlos always picked up when we called and made us both at ease with the entire build.We tell all our friends and family about this company and recommend them to anyone who is ready for the home of their dreams.

Pacific Signature Homes was one of three builders we contacted for a bid to build our home. From the first contact to the last nail, they were attentive, responsive, and transparent. Even though there were some delays outside of their control (supply chain delays, county delays, inspection delays), they still got our home finished with lightning-fast speed. Truthfully, if the external delays had not happened, they would have completed the house (from breaking ground to certificate of occupancy) in about 3 months. Who does that?!? Pacific Signature Homes, that's who! I cannot recommend them enough. They took our vision and made it a gorgeous reality, far surpassing my hopes and expectations. Great company, great workmanship, and a fantastic experience.

Working with Pacific Contractors has been amazing. We were very new to the process of building a home, but the entire team at Pacific Contractors were very kind, patient and communicated well. We were kept up to date with every step in the process and when ever we had a question Jose and Melissa were always available. So much so that we felt we were their only project.
