Courtney was very understanding and accurate with my sister Karen. She went above and beyond what I have ever known anyone to ever do. I didn't want to have to sleep in my car until the 31st for i was homeless and disabled. She made everything happen for me to be able to get into a place that we can call home before the Holidays. I was very distraught with the thought of sleeping in my car when I am disabled. She hit every mile to make this happen. Courtney at University Square Site office is top notch. She took me on tour at Pacific Park 1 and I loved the apartment. She was able to answer all my questions and even offered to help me back at the office with my application. She made the whole process less stressful.
