I had the most wonderful experience getting set up to move here. Kristin was an absolute angel, seriously. I had been waiting on my first option to call me back and they never did so I got into contact with Kristin who informed me that the unit we toured had already been scooped up. We were feeling sad and stressed cause we didn’t know where we were going to go but the next day bright and early at 8am Kristin called me to say that she just had an opening for a 2 bedroom and it was originally not going to be available til the 9th of January but they would have it ready for us by the 26th of December. I have lived here for the past 2+ years and have never had a problem. The maintenance team is fast and usually responds within the day. Overall the management team is awesome! I had to move apartments recently and they were able to work with me and get it taken care of easily. The location is great, so it's a great choice.

I lived here with my 2 kids. They were more than happy to give me an apartment location where my kids could be free to move around without disturbing the other neighbors. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Maintenance responds so quickly even when it's snowing heavily. My 2 year old locked us out of the bedroom during one of the snow times and maintenance arrived so quickly to help sort out the door. I recommend this apartment over and over again. Great price, great location.

There are many things I about living here. But the number one is having issues and concerns delt with very quickly. Staff is very friendly and I feel at peace knowing that as tenants we are taken care of. Many places I have lived before did not demonstrate the same level of care. Great place to live.

I’ve lived at Pacific Gardens for almost two years and will be signing a third lease this summer. The community here is great, but the staff is even better. They are so quick to respond to emails and maintenance requests, and the gals in the office seem very eager to facilitate a community environment (via social media, etc.). I do notice noise from neighbors every now and again, but that’s absolutely expected for apartment living. Also, the location is perfect: close to schools, grocery stores, shopping, dog parks, and Target (most important). I have no major complaints. Love living here!
