Read to the end of review.........We were asked to bring our birth certificates to qualify for an apartment. The woman, who had different colored hair and colorful tattoos, after taking copies of driver's license, proof of monthly income, social card, she told us we needed to provide our original birth certificates to proceed with the rental, which we didn't bring with us. I am over 65 years old, retired, the other person is special needs person, over 40 years old. If we didn't meet her requirements WHY did she keep making copies of important documents and asking for original birth certificates ?? Later on, like 60 days later, we were contacted by different employees who asked for recent copy of Soc Sec ..to go to Soc Sec in person and take a recent award letter. I was told at the Soc S
