Be cautious when relying on written approvals from management at properties overseen by Pacific Crest Real Estate. I obtained written permission from my building manager to paint a bedroom with no repaint requirement upon move-out. Despite this, I was later charged $1,108. When I provided proof and requested clarification, I was told the matter would be escalated. I never received a response, despite multiple follow ups. Instead, the charge was forwarded to a debt collector. Clear written authorization from management should mean something. The lack of accountability and communication is disappointing. My advice: stay FAR away from Pacific Crest, and if you can't... be ready to file a CFPB complaint at then end of it.

DO NOT RECOMMEND working with Pacific Crest RE. Extremely unprofessional with no basic respect to prospective tenants, and waste of time working with their agents/property managers. Working with them trying to rent at Avalon West apartments, we got cancelled right before the scheduled touring two times in two weeks by different agents. They would list units on the market and take showings, only to find out their own property managers claim the units for themselves! EDIT: No one picks up at that number. We won’t be needing any further business.

To start off, look at my other reviews so you know that I'm not one who leaves bad reviews. I think this may be my first one in over 20 years. I rented from them for 4 1/2 years. They lied to use more than a few times and attempted to rip off all of the building's tenants off thousands of dollars. They didn't fix any of the problems until I was forced to contact a lawyer and ask for them to explain the legality of what their responsible for and their lease. After we left, they charged us a few hundred dollars for "moving trash" out of our apartment. The problem is that our place was empty. They listed a mattress, two Christmas trees, tables, chairs, and a small desktop. They're just making up stuff at this point. First, they said that the elevator was broken and they were not goi

Renting in Seattle is kind of a gamble. I've had a few bad experiences over the years but my experience with Pacific Crest and Mylene has actually been pretty smooth. No complaints whatsoever, super easy to work with.

Dishonest agent at Laurel Apartments. I am writing this review on behalf of my brother because he is not a confrontational person at all. After reviewing online what his deposit return was he waited for the check to arrive at the mail. A couple weeks passed and no check so he reached out the agent who manages Laurel Apartments. According to the agent they mailed my brothers check for the deposit return to the address that HE JUST MOVED OUT OF because he didn't provide a forwarding address. First of all, he did provide a forwarding address and I know for a fact because I was the one who gave it to the agent right after they completed the official move out walk through and I SAW HER type it in to her phone and even verify the address. Of course she took no accountability and he had to have m
