This builder has no ethics when it comes to sales. If you are about to make the mistake to buy with them make sure that every single thing they promise is written on the contract even the things that are outside your units. They promised a parking spot outside the condo we purchased when the finish everything unfortunately we did not check that they write down that and they obviously fail to comply with that promise made at the sale of the condo.

Just bought my house last month and I can confirm that this company has the worst service ever. They just created an inspection report list that never was solved. Avoid this builder if you can.

The community is very quiet. Nice place to live.
