this experience has been the worst living experience of my entire life. this review is for the property on Ruhland. if you are thinking of moving here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. there has been construction every single day in the units and the adjacent buildings for the last 4 years. this last 6 months especially as they redo units, there has been construction noises shaking our apartment daily from drilling to jackhammering, to power washing. they invade your personal space and will block off access to your doors, common space, garage, or entrance-ways without notice to repaint or fix some cosmetic thing. if you work from home or work nights, you will be woken up at 8am with loud construction hammering/jack hammering/buzzsaws as they leave the doors and windows wide open - and good luck taking c

My experience with this rental company has been very disappointing. I reached out nearly two weeks ago while actively looking to relocate to El Segundo due to the strong school district for my son. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I eventually received a text message regarding a property I inquired about, directing me to contact someone named Patricia. I spoke with Patricia and expressed my interest in the property. She informed me that to qualify, applicants must have a credit score between 720-750. I explained that while my credit score does not fall within that range, I have stable, consistent income and a strong professional career. While the interior of their remodels are nice, the noise levels at their Hermosa property, The Palms, is absolutely unacceptable. You can hear every single step from the neighbors above you and can hear your Nextdoor neighbors talking at a normal volume. Nothing has been done to fix this. I already know of 3 tenants that have moved out because the noise is so bad.

We rented from Pacific Apartment Homes in Torrance last year. The apartment complex was great and we enjoyed our time there! However, the exit process was terrible. Michaela Hirtzel was our point of contact when we left. She explained that we would receive our security deposit and credit for the rest of the month soon after the unit was cleaned and painted (1 week after moving). The rental contract states that we would receive payment NO LATER than 21 days after our move out date. We didn't receive our security deposit back until OVER ONE MONTH after moving out and I had to remind Michaela that we were still pending our credit. She was never rude, but she completely would ignore my emails and never did anyone answer my calls. It was like pulling teeth to have OUR money sent back to us!

My son found this apt for me after i separated from my husband. I was going through a very difficult time. I went to see the Sierra st apt with a friend , and Sandy - property mgr. Met me there to show me the apt. I cant even begin to tell you how very wonderful Sandy was to me! So sweet. Kind, very knowledgeable.. and extremely supportive of my situation. The rent was a bit high for me...but because of the fabulous location, The beautiful. Newly renovated apt. And because of Sandy... i chose to move in . She also assisted me with figuring out paying my rent. Utilities, fixing a few things in the apt immediately! Just going above and beyond the call of duty! Knowing this was a life changing situation for me.... been married for almost 40yrs... the going out and living alone... ver
