If i could put 0 stars i would, I had a horrible experience living at this apartment complex and would not recommend it due to your mental health, safety, and overall wellbeing which is important when you’re renting. During my time there, I dealt with ongoing issues that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home. There were situations involving harassment, Stalking, Home invasions , car and house break ins and a lack of proper support when concerns were raised, which was extremely disappointing and honestly very alarming . Management was not responsive in a way that made me feel protected as a tenant, current management is better but the only “help” i’d get from management is catcalled and communication was inconsistent when it mattered most. I just moved in on Saturday. My move in experience was great. Tia was my leasing consultant and she was very knowledgeable with everything. She made my experience comfortable and smooth sailing. Despite the reviews, I had no issues. It is quiet, well lit, and peaceful.

Mold, bugs, water leaks, poor maintenance that takes months to respond, lies about when they come and does minimal to help situation. Staff doesn’t help and charges full prices to an apartment with issues. They allow trash to pile up and do not maintenance or maintain property. Don’t go here.

Absolutely inexcusable, disgusting, ignorant place ive lived. Office staff horrible. Owners lazy and horrible. The apartment is Absolutely inexcusable. Maintenance lazy, ignorant, coming in my home without notice and even when I'm not home. This behavior Noone should have to be put in I've even dealt with. DISGUSTING MOLD AND CHEMICAL COMING FROM VENT AND YES I DO HAVE MY LAB RESULTS AND MY OWN PERSONAL TESTING KITS TO PROVE EVERYTHING. I've done done an allergy test, moldtest, metal, and chemical tests, they were so. High levels of everything and more poisons, lead or chemical, allergies and mold i also did my own personal lead test and omg I'm appalled in that house every piece paint, water, and spiket had MASSIVE AMOUNT OF LEAD. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY LAW. END

Bugs, leaking pipes, mold issues. Residents trash the parking lot, flooded parking lot every time it’s rains, BUGS inside and out! Management is RUDE and refuses to address concerns after multiple work orders. Avoid this place at all costs. I added my lease and payment information. I WAS THE LEASE HOLDER AND THIS IS HOW MY APARTMENT LOOKED AND I WAS FORCED OUT BY ALLISON BECAUSE SHE REFUSED TO TRANSFER MY UNIT OR FIX THE ISSUES IN MY CURRENT UNIT!
