Paceline Apartments

Great location. The unit itself is modern and full of natural light, and I really appreciate how bike-friendly the building is with the dedicated storage and repair work station. The management team is always responsive and keeps the common areas spotless. I would recommend Paceline to my friends who's looking to rent in this area.

I’ve been looking for an apartment in the area for a couple weeks and this was the only company I talked to that felt like I was talking to a real human being. I don’t normally write reviews but as a former property manager I felt like this was necessary. Skyler was very communicative and transparent about everything. The units and building amenities stood out from similar new construction properties I’ve looked at in the area. But the reason I’d apply (if I was staying in the area) is the helpfulness of the managers.

Nicely planned apartments with a lovely rooftop deck with fire pits, BBQ grills, and lounge space. I appreciate that this property is on the smaller scale for the neighborhood, which makes for a quiet but friendly complex. Great lobby and other amenity spaces make for a great place to call home.

Update: Management was very prompt in addressing our issues. Maintenance was freindly and efficient. First impressions matter but second ones do as well. I love the location and the amenities so much that despite the early shortcomings I have talked up this place to several people. It doesn't get mentioned in any of the reviews I've read so far but that loading dock door where the garbage is is very handy for move in. And there's a sink for bathing your pet. And a bike garage. (Everything below is pre-update) I was genuinely excited about this place and am prepared to change my tune if my issues are addressed. Issues we were assured would be fixed before move in remain (light fixture hanging out of ceiling, drywall dust on floor), someone ran our dishwasher with the instructions still insi
