Terrible service. We toured a house and the agent didn’t even greet us , didn’t speak the whole time , it was really awkward. I won’t be applying for this home or any home that has his company attached to it

We rented with PY Lee for 4 years. They were prompt with answering our requests for the apartment throughout the years and they didn’t do any reasonable deductions from our security deposit.

I've rented from them for over 2 years and we have had no problems with them. No rent hike post covid. Any issues with the property they have had someone out the next day or 2. Don't understand the negative reviews.

Terrible company, took my money and application, failed to notify me they had chosen another candidate even though they knew i was counting on hearing back from them. Poor service. Bad privacy protection; asked them to shred my information and they did not. Scary. Do not rent. Listing was up for a month, it is STILL up, looks like they are trying to take your money too. Try any other rental company, so shady
