These apartments are a dump, and they take advantage of the elderly and the poor. Roaches everywhere, heavy smoke has stained all the walls and ceilings. The building should be condemned and torn down.
New Owners (Frontier Properties and Murray MGT) are money, hungry. They don’t take care of the property, or pay for anything— You do. They even tried to charge me for damages that were documented in the walk-through, and for heavy smoking; when I don’t smoke. You did not want to rent from these two companies.
Great little studio apartment.
