We recently bought a home with the help of Wayne at ozark country and he was absolutely the best person for the job. He was very informative and showed us homes at our leisure on our schedule as well as keeping us updated through the whole process. I recommend Ozark Country real estate to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They are honest good people that are easy to work with.

After 6 days of Wayne not responding to a request to view a property, I was contacted by the Listing agent of that property. The listing agent showed the property but wouldn't submit the offer for the purchase of the home. I considered it a conflict of interest and asked Wayne to submit the offer. Wayne went out of his way NOT TO submit the offer, These 2 Realtors are the most difficult Realtors I have ever utilized in my life, and I don't know if they are Discriminating against me, or they don't want the property sold, or what the real reason they refuse to submit my offer. They lack Realtor Integrity, because Realtors are suppose to submit all offers to the seller's of property.

One of the worst reality company I have called will not call back won't show property for sale, wanted to see a house in Belgrade and Vickie would not even show the property, so if you are wanting to sale your home and I would strongly recommend that you find a better realtor,because this company is a joke,
