Oxford Mills is hands down a fantastic place to live! The management and service team here are truly on point—they make everything feel seamless. A huge shoutout to Jeannine, Alana, and Rich. They are incredibly professional, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. If you’re looking for a spot that actually values service and community, this is it!

Alana Hayes was incredible to work with! She helped me secure an apartment we had been searching for over the past couple of months. Throughout the entire process, she was flexible, responsive, and truly committed to finding the best fit for me. I felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help finding an apartment — she really goes above and beyond!

Living at Oxford Mills has been a breath of fresh air. It’s hard to find a place that balances a cool industrial vibe with a management team that is actually warm and approachable. Jeannine runs a tight ship and is always incredibly helpful. The staff goes above and beyond to keep the building running smoothly. Love the space, love the people!

I’m a resident at Oxford Mills posting under an anonymous account. The HOW Property Group recently bought the building and just announced a lot of negative changes that will cost tenants (most of whom are teachers) a lot more money. Please, please, please do not take away the educator discount units, and please don’t increase rent on these units. The email you sent out Friday has a lot of teachers who live in the building upset and nervous. The crazy price increases for parking ($250 a month??) and utilities (seriously, a trash and sewage fee?) are going to hurt a lot of tenants. Most of your tenants are teachers who don’t make any money!! I would rather keep prices affordable than add grills to the courtyard or update the lobby/gym (no one will use the grills by the way). Five stars for the team here! The industrial lofts are beautiful, but Jeannine and the entire staff make it feel like home. Maintenance is quick, communication is clear, and the management is the best I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend.
