Oxbow Hill Country

This has been the best apartments I’ve lived in in the hill country area. From day one they have gone out of their way to make residents feel at home. I recently had to transfer units and they made the process so simple and the management was helpful every step of the way. I’m so grateful I found this place!!

I love the location of Carrington Place Apartments. It’s an easy walk to Main Street as well as easy access to IH-10. Recent remodeling gave me the loveliest little yard for my pets and plants! Steve, our maintenance man, has been so helpful whenever something has come up, maintenance-wise. And Brandy is amazing in the office! If she says it will be attended to...completed, etc., then it absolutely happens! She is organized, responsible, reliable, and lovely to work with! And I love the mini food truck yard across the street!!! Carrington Place seems to me to be a community oriented, family and pet friendly place. I’ve been living here over 90 days. So far so good. They do a great job of maintaining the lot and everyone has been friendly. Leah has been great to work with. Building 2 has been everything I asked for and more. Neighbors are quiet. Breezeways stay pretty clean. The birds are a bit of nuisance. They are a protected species and constantly poop everywhere but in turn keep the bug population to a minimum. Great community so far. They’ve fixed the pool and the 24 hour gym and provide a great move in special.

Living at Oxbow Hill Country Apartments has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was the perfect place to call home. The entire community is beautifully maintained with stunning Hill Country views, peaceful surroundings, and top-notch amenities. The pool, fitness center, and outdoor spaces are always clean and inviting—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff here truly goes above and beyond. From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone is friendly, professional, and responsive. Any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve taken care of it quickly and with a smile. Ish and Ely on the maintenance team really know what there are doing. They are very polite and knowledgeable. Since being on staff they have solved my reoccurring issues and have resolved my maintenance issues permanently. Very hard workers! Thank you Gentlemen for all your hard work!
