BEWARE OF THE MOVE-OUT FEES. Living here was okay, but getting your security deposit back is a nightmare. I moved out on 10/31/2025 and properly cleaned the unit. When I finally received my refund check, they had kept more than 90% of my deposit. The list of charge is shown in the photo
In Owyhee Place Apartments, the office staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. Mike, the maintenance technician, is impressively fast and ensures that nothing remains unfixed, making this community an outstanding place to live.
I grew up here. I moved in when I was 7years old with my grandma and grandpa. I love here, I stayed at Whitney elementary school since 6th grade. I miss the memories. I loved it here
