I live here Ms Freda answered all my questions. I get a smile every time I'm in her presence 💞 no crime within our gate our neighbors are friendly family environment. Price is affordable I can't see me living anywhere else

The leasing agent is a rude ELDERLY lady who tells your business to strangers…. I walked into the office to ask a question and was told that she couldn’t talk right now because she was hungry(eating while i was walking in). It takes her forever to do paperwork or will say she hasn’t had time because she was doing other things, basically, always have excuses, other than that the space and apartments are nice.

Hello I been a resident for almost a year now here at owens place the manager is very polite and kind I love mrs freida and the maintenance is always on time these townhomes are very much recommended

Condos and townhomes here are very spacious and it's a very quiet neighborhood with closed entrance so you will have to have a pin number to get in the entrance and the neighbors are real nice and to them selves.

Great apartment complex located across from the FedEx Forum in downtown Memphis! It's clean..quiet..very well managed..and appears to be a nice place to raise a family!
