Living with OVNT was a wonderful experience! They were incredibly responsive and fixed any issues immediately. We had our in unit washer & dryer go down and within 1 day they had gotten us a new washer & dryer. I cannot recommend them enough! If you are thinking of renting with OVNT, do it!

The absolute worst organization of people to rent from in Boston. Unethical to their core. Had a mold problem from their own poor build quality and they refused to acknowledge because it would be too costly to them to actually fix. Zero accountability or care for human health whatsoever.
