OVM with AnnieMac Home Mortgage

Had an amazing experience using OVM for the financing of our recently purchased dream home. Specifically, Joe Fuscaldo, our Mortgage Loan Originator, was incredibly helpful and kept our best interests in mind. Everything went very smoothly, and the deal we reached for our forever home was way better than expected! 10 out of 10!

Robert Temple has a bad temper! As Navy Veteran I don’t not recommend this company services to any military members! I recently spoke with this mortgage lender and was extremely disappointed by their unethical and predatory lending tactics. They offered me a loan with an unreasonably high interest rate and outrageous closing costs that were far above the market average. When I asked for clarification to see if that was the lowest rate he could give me; he yelled at me, spoken so rudely and hung up the phone.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! First loan officer was a nightmare. Second loan officer was Stephen Holland. He was very friendly but was VERY forceful to get me to sign documents that were not correct. Additionally, gave me false information about closing, didn’t provide the correct closing documents, and moved my EMD without telling me. It was so bad that at closing I had him on speaker phone and the realtor and title company caught him in lies and was asking why he is yelling at me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I has the best experience with David Wakefield and Bre Bell and their team. The process was smooth, clear, and I felt informed and up to date the whole way through. Couldn’t have asked for a better loan experience as a first time homebuyer.

After trying to deal with 2-3 other financial firms to obtain financing for our home, we found OVM financial and never looked back. While other companies treated us like another numbered customer, OVM treated us like family. We reached out to realtor Jarrett Caldwell (VA), and he connected us directly to the George and Rob as his trusted firm for all home purchasing needs. They were direct and efficient! They didn’t seem interested in giving us the run around and red tape we had been experiencing. They looked at the buyers situation (750+ credit score, buying a $400k home, 7 person family) and made sure we had everything we needed. And from our initial offer to the closing table it was 30 days. If we ever have to buy again, we will be calling them directly!
