Oviedo Town Centre Apartments

I recently toured this apartment community and had a great experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The leasing staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The leasing office was especially cute and festive when decorated for Christmas, which made the tour feel warm and inviting. The apartment layouts were spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities looked well cared for. Overall, it made a very positive first impression and is definitely a place I would consider living.

Lived here for 15 years and Franky has been the best maintenance person we have had. He is quick and attentive to our needs and whenever we have a problem, he always finds a way to fix it. Renae is another worker who has been very helpful with any of our workers orders. Of all the different management and staff we've had, this iteration is the best we've had since we moved in

I had the pleasure of living at Oviedo Town Centre for two years, and my experience was truly wonderful. From the very beginning, the management team made me feel welcome and supported. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Alison — she was there for me from the very start and went above and beyond to help me get into the complex. Her support and kindness meant a lot and made a big difference in my experience. I’d also like to thank Abby, who was always very friendly and welcoming every time I visited the office. It was always a pleasure to interact with her. And a big shout-out to the maintenance team and the gentlemen who took care of the cleaning — they were always so sweet and respectful. Just shy of 5 years I lived at Oviedo Town Centre, it was a great experience. Great area, very little traffic, and great schools. Alison and Abby always were prompt with responding to emails and taking care of any issues at hand. Frank and Andres were great with maintaining the property and fulfilling work orders. It was a pleasure.

This place has been a pour pleasure to live in. The move in process was smooth and simple with great help from the very beautiful and helpful office staff. Jasmine was especially helpful, and professional in every way. The apartment was given to me in perfect condition with new appliances and new rugs and freshly painted. The maintenance procedures are made timely and simple. And it's one of the most desirable places to live in Florida let alone Oviedo.
