Edit: After submitting a complaint to the BBB, I got my security deposit refunded to me. It's insane that it had to get to that point instead of them actually working with me. Especially since I had documented proof that the property was damage prior to us moving in. Avoid leasing property from them at all costs. It's not worth the stress. Absolutely TERRIBLE company with TERRIBLE employees. They don't care about you, never respond to you when you need something fixed, and then SCAM you of your deposit when you leave for things that were BROKEN PRIOR TO MOVE IN even though you TOLD THEM TO FIX it all during check in but THEY REFUSED to fix! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
