Overton Park Townhome Apartments

These apartments use to be okay maybe 10 years ago but now they’re horrible from tenants to management I would not recommend wasting your money to live here they do not care what so ever

The parking lot is so clean always looks amazing maintenance worker Maximus is so wonderful very respectful and does great work. I love how clean and awesome the grounds lookf

Rose gave me a tour and she literally explained everything so perfectly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was so thorough, professional, and made sure I understood every detail. I also ran into Max during my visit, and he went out of his way to share additional information that was super helpful. Both of them made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Honestly, 10/10 service from start to finish!
