She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step. Thanks to her help, I was able to move into my apartment in a very short time. I’m happy with how maintenance has been. Maintenance managers Chima and James have taken care of issues quickly and correctly. Also, after the first real snow since I’ve been here, the parking lot was plowed and salted better than I expected, including between the cars.
