I enjoy my new home however, I'm going to state some facts strictly based off my experience living here for one year now. - There has been little to no HOA support however, we pay our dues every month. Heritage Property Management is non responsive. My self and other neighbors have submitted email after email that go unanswered therefore, current issues in the community have all been ignored. I've sent seven emails in the course of two month. To include photos, questions and concerns. And, I basically have gotten no responses. Until, my last email where I basically threaten to go to the higher up. Even then, there has been no action. - Home owners park all over the streets obstructing other home owners from enter/exiting there homes with an even flow out of the driveway. Forcing home owner
Quiet low key, well hidden subdivision!! Clean and well kept. Nice pool area with a community grill
Pool is covered. Furniture tarped on deck. Its ready for the long winter nap.
Nice homes for the money.main floor a bit small. Upstairs super nice. Wonderful agent at the model home.
