Overlook at Franklin Square

I just moved in a week ago today, so this is subject to change but I have not one complaint about this property. From the office staff, to the absolute best maintenance team. Super friendly, respond right away with great communication. Valet trash service is wonderful! And the only time I hear “noise” in the building. Walking trails are fun and a great workout, in addition to the 24/7 gym. I hope it continues to stay this amazing and I’ll be here for longer than expected!

Madre, Samantha, and Natasha were all thorough and provided top tier customer service. They made the whole process pleasant and easy! Maintenance is very proactive. I submitted a request and received resolution the same day. Highly recommend this property!

I just moved in so this is subject to change but so far so good! - Leasing office was awesome, everyone was super nice and professional, and answered every question I had to the best of their abilities. - Property is very nice, in an awesome location. Very close to pretty much anything you can think of. - Building requires you to scan in which is nice and makes the place feel super secure. - Free surface parking is awesome. - My unit was mostly spotless upon move-in and the quality of the appliances and finish is great. - Super dog/pet friendly. I've seen a lot of people with pets. Sometimes dogs can leave a funky smell in the elevator but it's whatever. Nice to have the option! - Cat5 outlets in the wall. Which is super nice if you work from home/have a desktop like myself. - Valet Trash

Andrew and the maintenance team responded very quickly to our request. The heat was not working properly. Andrew was very attentive, explained the situation and completed fixing the problem very timely. I am always pleased with the professionalism, concern and work from the maintenance staff. Andrew is an asset to this organization and is very appreciated.

Oct 1,2022 just paid $4800.00 to move in but I have yet to move in do to the apartment I rented was and still not clean , I was told it has been.I report it to management and was told maintenance was going to fix it. Well they did come in and painted a few rooms and changed a few dirty blinds and supposedly the changes and clean air vents . I still have painting that needs to be done , blinds still need to be changed and vents are dusty and dirty again, I’m still complaining bcuz this is not $2500.00 worth of cleaning. The apt sat for 3 weeks what was the cleaning crew doing and why it’s not standard practice to clean air vent / and furnace after every move out since pets are allowed smh. I haven’t even moved in yet and is experiencing issues this is going to be along year.sorry Overlook e
