Overlook at Brook Run

This place has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. For months, I’ve dealt with unsanitary and disgusting pet waste coming from the upstairs neighbors. Despite multiple complaints, photos, videos, and logs, the apartment management has done NOTHING effective to fix the issue. They promised to send cleaning staff – no one ever showed up. They continue to ignore the problem while I’m forced to live in a hazardous, unhealthy environment. The leasing office refuses to let me moving out without a penalty, even though they're violating the basic standard of habitability. How is it fair to charge people to leave when they won’t even provide safe, clean living conditions? New renters – please think twice. I moved to the Overlook At Brookrun back in February 2025I I didn't want to stay,Peak Living was awful,until I found out that another Company had taken over. Drucker and Falk are the best the office Manager Ms. Jennifer reached out to me come to find out all my paperwork was completely wrong, she worked,her Boss worked until they finally got everything correct and completed...All the Office Staff is Awesome as well is the Maintance Team.. I recommend Living here in .. I plan on staying for a awhile.Im always moving every year this is the last Move for me... Thank You So much Drucker and Falk , Ms. Jennifer & team for yll hard & Excellent Service ..

I've been living here going on 16 years and I can attest that the current management in the office headed by Jennifer is the best! They are professional and friendly. The two maintenance men, Mike and Ben are superb! I can mention in passing(I walk 4 to 5 miles every morning) to Mike that something may need some attention and as soon as I purchased the work order in they waste no time in getting me on their schedule to fix the problem! The thing that I'm most happy about is that the management had cameras put up all around the complex and as an older person who almost was attacked in broad daylight right before they took over this complex, it makes me feel safer when I'm out just trying to get some exercise. Surviving in today’s current economy is hard enough, now multiple residents have to park on the street to avoid an additional cost that they can’t afford because this management company is now towing vehicles if the inspection or tags are expired, no matter if you have a valid resident parking pass or not. This is actually the second step in the parking fiasco. It started with not being able to have visitors pass a certain time if we don’t get approval for their vehicle before the office closes, because if not our guests will be towed although there are dozens of visitor parking spaces. It’s starting to feel like this new company is trying to push out residents to maybe make room for a different demographic. Either way, it’s starting to NOT feel like home anymore.

Dezia, kearra, Jennifer and Ben has always been very helpful to me and my family and going the extra mile. This staff is absolutely amazing. Always full of laughter and smile makes you feel right at home when u walk in
