I just want to give a shoutout to Katrina who works in the front office. Katrina has been extremely helpful and patient with me. She didn't take long to respond and always had an answer for any questions that I had. I really appreciate her time and dedication. So, thank you so much Katrina for helping and assisting my kids, dogs and I with finding a new home. You are amazing!! Can't forget about Ivory (Sorry if I spelled this wrong) although I was working with Katrina, Ivory was fully aware of who I was and didn't hesitate to assist if Katrina was on lunch. Thanks ladies. Keep up the great work!!!

My 5 stars are for the Office Manager, Scarlett and the Maintenance Man, Derrick. Anytime I need anything Scarlett is on top of a solution. She is very professional and friendly. I always love going in to see her when I pay my rent or need help with anything because I know she will do her best to help me. I would love for the company to give her at least one more helper. The new lady that sits downstairs is also very friendly and I have no complaints about her but I do think there should be at least 3 office staff. And Derrick has always come over as soon as he can to fix my townhomes issues. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate how thoughtful and respectful he is when we are home and he is there fixing something. Good job guys! Keep it up!!

I don’t know why people expect 3&4 bedroom homes to not have families with multiple children. Is that not what “family townhomes” are for!!! I am a current resident and I love the townhomes. The dedication and the interpersonal relationship with management and tenants are stellar. Yes the kids are around however I have never seen the children damage any property. Most kids are respectful to one another and most adults, they all attend the same schools so most times they’re already “buddies up”. Scarlett (the office manager) is wonderful. The only thing I’d change is hiring more than 2 maintenance guys, with such a big complex I’m thinking maybe 5 guys can do the job.

This neighborhood is a mess! Kids running around all hours of the day. Things missing from your yards. Parties left and right. Cannot wait until my daughters lease is up so she can get the hell out of this neighborhood. I worry about her in that neighborhood. Huge mistake making these low income. Granted their are some very nice people that live in this neighborhood but the majority are not. I live on rosemont ave. I was hoping with the new apartments that they would clean 40 up. But then I learned the Fred was low income. So 40 will get worse before it gets any better.

I currently live here and it's a mess. No one in the rental office knows what's going on and residents NEVER get the same information from TWO people in the office. The rental office staff is VERY disorganized and NO ONE takes responsibility for their mistakes, everything that happens is solely the fault of the residents. My first 2 months living here, my 1st floor bedroom flooded because THEIR contractor's didn't cap the drain pipe from the washing machine on the 3rd floor. The carpet and padding were left pulled up for TWO MONTHS!!!!! I had property that was damaged and the rental didnt offer me anything for their mess or the TWO MONTHS it took to fix it. Yet I was charged late fees during that time for paying rent late. Can't wait until I can move out! If you're looking for a new home,
