I've had a terrible experience trying to get into this senior complex. I was told the process was quick and its been over a month.UPDATE: The regent did reach out to me and made the situation workable, hoping they'll stand by their word and make it GOOD. Very nice apartment, beautiful place to live, the hills and view of the lake just 5 minutes away.

The right-hand does not talk to the left-hand, and neither hand talks to the resident. We moved my dad into his complex over two months ago. When they remodeled, they did not put the correct wires in his apartment to receive cable/internet. It took weeks to hear any updates, and I had to reach out for those updates. I called and informed Overland that the lack of communication was not acceptable. They did give my dad $100 off of rent for December, BUT I still have heard NOTHING about the cable/internet situation. More importantly, they've done nothing to bridge this communication gap. Contractors have shown up to my dad's apartment unannounced. They then schedule a day that they will return to finish the work, but they've no called no showed twice.
