Cristian has showcased professionalism and patience, representing Century Communities extraordinarily. Our ongoing communication since May or June 2025 had been eventful nonetheless with a multitude of discrepancies (under Warranty) were repaired. He prioritised the needs of the homeowner and scheduled the necessary appointment(s) of assigned contractors for repair, who completed tasks that seemed neverending. He took initiative under pressure and patience with time constraints, but successfully completed projects efficiently and productively executed. Thank you immensely for trying to the best of your ability to keep these homeowners satisfied with their endless submission of complaints.

We love our new house in Overland Grove Community! It is a great family friendly area & we have enjoyed it thus far. Our favorite parts are our daily walks along the greenway path, being a bike ride away from the elementary school, the neighborhood playground and swimming pool is 10/10! Highly recommend Overland Grove!

The community is full Of young families and full Of life. Exactly what we were looking for when choosing a new home. Great parks. We love our new home. Cars are good at driving slower, especially when we put out our “caution kids playing” sign.
