I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during my visit today. The staff at your community was absolutely wonderful—very knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely kind. During the tour, they were working on various things and took the time to provide clear timelines, which I really appreciated. Your community is the only one that truly listened to me, and that level of care, along with the pricing, has encouraged me to apply. I would love for my children and me to be a part of such a thoughtful and caring community, and I sincerely hope my application is approved. Thank you again for making our visit so positive.

Ovation is such an amazing place. I toured with Jay who was very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained everything to me. While there, his manager i believe her name is Beverly came out and welcomed me to the property. I enjoyed my experience and im just waiting on my approval 🤞🏻.

The staff, especially Jeannette, made the application process seamless! I felt as though she had our best interest in mind, and we are looking forward to moving in here soon. The apartments are well kept and we couldn’t be more excited for our new home. I wish I could rate them higher, because they truly do have amazing customer service. Im having multiple different situations of unfixed and unresolved issues when it comes to the maintenance of my apartment. My drains are unclogged and overfloading into my home, ive said something to the office and maintenance on multiple occasions and the situation remains the same. Im tired of this because im expected to pay full rent and im not getting the services needed and expected in return.
